Listen now, you don't understand. That's not the point in christmasland.

Guess what. It's christmas. According to the shops anyway. And according to them it has been for almost 2 months now. Halloween goes and BOOM christmas stuff appears. The point? To peel money from the wallets of mankind, to make a load of profit in probably the most ridiculous time of the year for sales. Even in the middle of the current economic crisis, we're still spending craploads apparently. I try not to think about it with my ever increasing debt to the student loans company.

So what have I spent so far? About £55. Which I thought was pretty good as I managed to get stuff all my family members wanted. Now I just need to get Rebecca's, Josh & Co.'s, and I think that's it. Oh, and I need to put petrol in my car. So we'll estimate that as another £35 worth of spending tomorrow (It's about £30 to fill up my car, and i've got a third of a tank left so we'll say it's £20 and then about £15 on Josh & Co. and Rebecca... Josh & Co. sounds like a company.) So about £85 spent overall. Not too bad I feel, but still a dent in my loan, of which I've already spent over this term's amount by having to purchase car insurance and road tax. Ouchies.

In other news, I got a new xbox from Microsoft, shinier, cooler, quieter, and best of all it works. A-Mazing.
Exams are over so I'm now on my christmas holidays, 1 week gone and 2 left, but I rather miss work and would like to be back sooner... But on the other hand I also rather like the late nights and lie-ins.

Driving to uni wasn't too bad other than mum in the car on the way there "It says slow!" "I know, thats why i'm braking" "That sign says we have to turn off up there" "I CAN READ!". Luckily she didn't come on the way home, which was nice. But dad did use up all the windscreen wash on the way up so I didn't have any on the way home, and we determined it would be far too sensible to turn in to a services and get some to top up with. So we just battered on through the dust and dirt, occasionally having to use the wipers to see but otherwise fine.
Also been trusted to drive around on my own now so driven to work to get portfolio, driven around town and been to Josh's a few times in the car (aka iggle piggle). In other car related news, well done to Em on passing her test. First time. With only 3 minors. *shakes fist*.

Er that's it really. Gym session (YES! After about 6 months of not having a gym session we get one!) on Sunday afternoon then off to the sloop in the evening to see people for christmas randomness, and that's about it. So whoever is coming on Sunday, see you there. If I haven't broken my arm(s)/leg(s)/shoulder/knee(s)/pelvis/spine/shoulder/brain/delete as appropriate.
