A little bit of crunch busting

Inspired by my own completely unexplainable and accidental actions this week, I have the ultimate way for you to save money during the current economic recession.

Snap your bank card in half. Voila, you have no access to your money, and as such do not have to attempt to save said money as it's not being spent and building up interesty goodness instead. Sorted. Apart from Nationwide have changed their interest policies, so my account no longer earns interest. Bugger.

How did I snap my card? I have no idea, it was in my wallet and somehow it got wedged in a section and must have snapped in my pocket. So the bank are sending me a new one, to uni luckily, although that involved changing my address on their system, so as soon as I get home in 2 weeks I'm going to have to change it back. Damn.
